Cheryl is a creative and supportive Leadership and Team Coach. She works with the non intrusive yet deeply insightful principles of Clean Language and Emergent Knowledge.
Cheryl’s clients come to her for career management, leadership strategies and personal development coaching. Organisations choose to work with Cheryl for her diversity in team development and group facilitation. Cheryl enjoys working with a wide range of private and business clients and believes in helping people to model their own behaviours and become self sustaining in their future development.
Following a successful career in Financial Services as both Training Consultant and Manger Cheryl set up CAW Skills in the millennium year. Her experience of developing managers and teams with both Abbey and HBOS inspired Cheryl to retain some links with financial services, and extend into retail and education.
With a passion for providing choice and expertise for clients, Cheryl has built long term relationships with a number of training organisations. This ensures clients can always receive diversity in the development they seek for themselves, their leaders and their teams.
Cheryl is a Fellow of the CIPD, NLP Master Practitioner, Clean Language Facilitator, Magical Spelling™ Tutor, Accredited ILM Trainer and Licensed PEP Lite™ Coach.
Her support in the local community provides classroom development for Key Stage 1 children, leadership coaching for The Alzheimer’s Society and coaching the Management Committee of a local independent Charity.
